Job Description

  • Supervise and manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage general ledger functions, including monthly closing, reconciliation, and adjustment processes.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve efficiency and optimize financial performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Review accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that payments are processed on time and credit risks are minimized.
  • Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements or adjustments to management.
  • Review expenses and identify cost reduction opportunities.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure optimal liquidity management.
  • Evaluate and approve departmental plans and forecasted financial plans from Treasury and Accounts Payable.
  • May perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant degree.
  • 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.

  • Proficient in MS applications, as well as ERP and CRM systems.

  • Data Analysis ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data using statistical tools and software to derive meaningful conclusions.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in preparing documents, reports and ensuring accuracy in calculations.
  • Ability to travel as required to support business needs
