Job Description
- Cold calling potential clients to generate leads and set appointments
- Use and follow the company scripts to qualify clients interested to sell their properties.
- Meets or exceeds daily, weekly and monthly goals.
- Actively participate in company coaching calls and role play with other team members

Job Requirements
- English - MUST have EXCELLENT English/Verbal Skills.
- Schedule - MUST be able to work during US Eastern Standard Time (New York)
- Experience - MUST have at Least 2 years of Cold calling / Telemarketing experience
(Lead management for Real Estate experience is preferred but not a must)
- Reliable - Need to be able to consistently show up to work & show up on time.
- Tech Savvy - Have the skills and knowledge to use Google Chrome, Zoom, and quickly learn other web-based applications.
- Attitude - Positive, energetic, friendly and teachable. People who will excel in this position are coach-able and open to constructive criticism to get better quickly.
