Job Description
- Provide failure analysis and material evaluation.
- Set the layout inspection plan for all models.
- Manage the projects ADV plans and resources needed to meet the customers’ requirements.
- Preparing reports on findings from the testing process.
- Manage and verification the design changes of products and materials.
- Analyse data and evaluate results to make recommendations for design improvements.
- Create Microscopic monthly plan to check the product quality as acceptance criteria.
- Recording and analysing test data.
- Collaborating with other engineering teams to ensure the quality of the final product.
- Carrying out durability and performance tests on automotive components.
- Lab. preparation for 17025 requirements.
- Issuing and revising the test reports.
Job Requirements
- Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
- In-depth understanding of technical documentation
- Familiarity with statistical analysis
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Team spirit
- Good analytical skills
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field
- Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus
