Job Description

  • Ability to lead a team professionally
  •  Ability to communicate with customers  .
  •  The ability to listen to customer complaints and respond to their questions and inquiries •
  •  Coordination with other supporting departments • Send developments periodically to customers •
  •  Strengthening the relationship between the company and the customer •
  •  Maintaining a positive approach in dealing with customers and showing professionalism in dealing with and solving their problems • 
  • Receiving customer visits and providing them with good service.
  • • Leading the Customer Services staff. •
  •  Resolving complex issues and inquiries.
  • • Constant follow up on Clients pending issues up till accomplishment. • 
  • Advice on any information the customer may need. • 
  • Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution •
  •  Coordinate with other departments to Solve Customers' Complaints. •
  •  Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth •
  •  Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution •
  •  Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission •
  •  Develop service procedures, policies, and standards •
  •  Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions • 
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports • 
  • Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets • 
  • Adhere to and manage the approved budget .

Job Requirements

  •  Proven work experience as a C.S Manager or similar role with recognized real estate entities is a must ,
  •  Availability of tact and good appearance •
  •  Availability of communication and persuasion skills .
  •  Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal •
  •  Excellent organizational skills •
