Job Description
This candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes. ResponsibilitiesAudit the management systems based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 requirementsMaking sure processes adhere to quality standards.Write the Internal audit report and follow up with the auditee to ensure that it is well understood and all negative findings are addressed in timely mannerIssue the NCR in case of noncompliance or nonconformance and decide the corrective action with the auditee to close it effectively and in timely manner. Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plansIdentify the root of technical issues and recommend fixesReview the quality documentation & recordsSet and track quality assurance goalsCoordinate with external quality assurance auditors to ensure the complianceWork with the operations team to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the services. Prepare the weekly/monthly quality reportKeep track of organization’s polices and procedure to make sure they are updated and maintained Review the bidding documents with business development team to analyze the QHSE requirements and provide them the needed documents for tender dossierConduct the training to create the quality awareness among the employeesAnalyze the KPI & Quality objective reports received from projects and present the findings to the QA Manager Analyze the customer complaints from the projects and present the finding to the QA Manager Prepare the required procedure for the IMS procedure Perform other related duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering or related discipline required from a recognized university.Overall Professional experience for 2 years at least in relevant industry experience/exposure.
