Job Description
Position Title: Quality Assurance & Technical Project Manager
Location: On-site – Saudi Arabia
Project Duration: 3 years (1,065 working days)
Language: Arabic speaker preferred
Role Summary:
We are seeking 1–2 professionals with strong experience in quality assurance and technical project management to support the client’s IT project office.
The role ensures consistent delivery of high-quality services and projects aligned with international standards and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply internationally recognized quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ITIL, CMMI).
Develop and execute quality plans, audits, and continuous improvement actions.
Monitor and manage SLAs and evaluate service performance metrics.
Support the Project Management Office (PMO) with project planning, tracking, and reporting.
Train internal teams on project management methodologies and quality tools.
Review and validate project deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong experience in quality assurance, project governance, or PMO support.
Proficiency in quality frameworks like ISO 9001, ITIL, or CMMI.
Proven ability to develop quality metrics and manage service performance.
Experience in technical project oversight and reporting.
Ability to lead training sessions and workshops.
Arabic language proficiency is required.
Arabic speakers with experience in KSA standards related to:
Enterprise Architecture (EA)
NORA, BizzDesign, and Digital Government Authority (DGA) policies and compliance
Familiarity with international standards and frameworks such as:
TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT
ISO 9001, CMMI
Knowledge of AI, Blockchain, and emerging technologies is a strong asset
