Job Description
Position Title: Quality Assurance & Technical Project Manager
Location: On-site – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (via Business Visa for selected candidates)
Project Duration: 3 years (1,065 working days)
Language: Arabic speaker preferred
Important Note:
We are specifically seeking Egyptian professionals who:
Have previous work experience in Saudi Arabia
Are currently residing in Egypt
Are able to travel under a business visa, which will be arranged by us
Role Summary:
We are looking for 1–2 experienced Quality Assurance & Technical Project Managers to join our client's IT project office. The ideal candidates will ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services and project outcomes aligned with international standards and the organization's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply and monitor quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ITIL, CMMI)
Develop and execute quality assurance plans and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee service level agreements (SLAs) and performance indicators
Support project management offices (PMO) in planning, monitoring, and reporting technical projects
Provide training and support to project stakeholders and teams
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong experience in quality assurance, project governance, or PMO support.
Proficiency in quality frameworks like ISO 9001, ITIL, or CMMI.
Proven ability to develop quality metrics and manage service performance.
Experience in technical project oversight and reporting.
Ability to lead training sessions and workshops.
Arabic language proficiency is required.
Arabic speakers with experience in KSA standards related to:
Enterprise Architecture (EA)
NORA, BizzDesign, and Digital Government Authority (DGA) policies and compliance
Familiarity with international standards and frameworks such as:
TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT
ISO 9001, CMMI
Knowledge of AI, Blockchain, and emerging technologies is a strong asset
