Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester to test our e-commerce website and internal admin panel, ensuring a smooth and bug-free experience across all pages, features, and third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, order management, CRM, analytics, and marketing tools).
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing across our e-commerce site and admin dashboard
- Test all functionalities: product listing, cart, checkout, user registration, login, order flow, etc.
- Test third-party integrations: payment gateways, shipping APIs, email/SMS notifications, analytics tools, CRM, and marketing plugins
- Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps and severity levels
- Conduct cross-browser and device testing (desktop, mobile, tablet)
- Validate UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and usability
- Provide structured feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Collaborate with developers and the project manager to re-test fixed issues
Job Requirements
- Proven experience testing e-commerce websites and admin systems
- Strong understanding of web technologies and user behavior
- Experience with QA tools like Google Dev Tools, Postman, etc.
- Ability to write clear bug reports and test cases
- Familiar with testing third-party integrations and APIs
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Bonus: Experience with WordPress + WooCommerce setups
