Job Description
- Perform sampling and microbiological examination of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Perform microbiological examination of finished products.
- Isolate and identify microorganisms by microscopic examination, morphological characteristics, and biochemical reactions.
- Perform data entry and maintain all department records and documents according to current procedure and write certificate for the examined samples.
- Participate in quality improvement process.
- Ensure that all finished goods produced on site are completed in accordance with inspection Plans
- take samples of products to review and analyzed in laboratories. During their review, use lab equipment ranging from infrared spectrometers to microbiology analyzers. To record and analyze their findings they may need to use specialized computer software. Once results are complete, to present their findings and help other personnel to fine-tune production processes for enhanced quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, agriculture, or field related to the products being developed required are preferred. ISO 9001 – 2015.
- Previous experience within 3 years in the same industry
