Senior Reinsurance Specialist

-Prepare the P&C Treaty statistics for renewals for further discussion with Reinsurance Senior Manager           -Ensure that Facultative Reinsurance accounts (Outward Inward) are properly placed, and all documentation is in place.                        
-Ensure timely delivery for the FAC placements whilst utilizing the limited approved list of RI. Work with different stakeholders (Finance - UW- Claim- Regulator ) whilst being alert to any additional requirement and different needs.                        
-Provide accurately the regular reports to the Group as and when required                        
-Prepare the Reinsurance premium settlements and follow up with the Finance Department to ensure timely payment to the Reinsurers                       
-Ensure full compliance with Allianz guidlines for the Reinsurance                       
-Ensure proper Filling system for the Reinsurance Unit either electronically or hard copies.                        
-Supervise & supports the subordinate Reinsurance Specialist                       
-Takes care for own risk policies for Allianz with the group or getting quotations from the market                       -Coordinates Meeting with RI Bokers and Reinsurers                        
-Prepares documents with RI brokers"TOBA"                        
-Participates effectively in System development and testing
