Job Description
- Meeting with clients to present product samples, present marketing strategies, and discuss product details
- Maintaining existing accounts with current customers, who may be businesses or individual consumers
- Identifying opportunities for new business from existing clients
- Achieve a monthly or yearly revenue target
- Acquire new accounts as per requirement
- Required: Call new and existing customers.
- Submit related report within the time frame
- Conduct an agreed-upon number of outbound phone calls per month to ensure regular customer contact
- Handle enquiries from transactional and on-demand customers
- Supports Sales campaign by contacting targeted customers
- Qualify new customers and close opportunities in the customer segment.
- Gathering information for potential clients.
- Coordinate with field sales and high-revenue customers.
- Preparing a report (daily report, risk and lost customers monthly).
- Handling and filing any issues with the client.
- Increase sales revenue and expand client database within the handled industry,
- Develops and implements an approach to secure competitors sales customers to the requirements of the sales function.
- Coordinate to solve any issues relating to payments or approvals per company policy or procedure.
- Coordinate with related departments to solve any issues.
- Performs other assignments as required
