- Accountable for achieving individual sales and telephone calls targets which have been agreed with the Sales Manager.
- Provide customers by the required information
- Make a daily call reports, (leads dialed - total sales closed)
- Develop new database contacts of potential customers.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
- To report immediately to the Marketing Managers on any customer problems or disputes or other significant matters.
- To maintain detailed records of all telesales transactions
- Language: Excellent command in both written and spoken English
- Computer Skills: Very good user of Microsoft Office
