Role Description

 

We are looking for a Customer Service & E-Commerce Specialist to join our team in Sheikh Zayed. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while also getting hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.

 

This is more than just a customer service role—it’s an opportunity to grow in the e-commerce industry. We will train you on everything related to online retail, product management, and logistics, making this a great stepping stone for a career in e-commerce.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer support via phone, email, and social media.
  • Handling order processing, data entry, and product management on our platform.
  • Following up with couriers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Collecting customer feedback and working with the team to improve our service.
  • Assisting in adding and updating products, ensuring accurate information and pricing.
  • Learning and applying e-commerce best practices, including inventory management and customer engagement strategies.
  • Creating a positive shopping experience and helping customers find the perfect coffee products.
