Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness. You will play a key role in driving online traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions through various digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving online sales.
  2. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content marketing, and display advertising.
  3. Create engaging and compelling content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  4. Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine visibility and user experience.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies and tactics to enhance performance.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  8. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.
  9. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on digital marketing performance, trends, and opportunities.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience, working in digital marketing roles, with a focus on developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
4. Strong analytical skills and experience using digital marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
8. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems is a plus.
9. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are desirable but not required.
