Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media & Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our clients' social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content strategy, audience engagement, and running successful ad campaigns on various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform.
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for better ROI.
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with key insights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and advertising.
