Java Backend Developer

• Finding the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing business 

problems. 

• Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders. 
• Defining features, phases, and solution requirements. 
• Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered. 
• Design highly scalable software solutions to improve functionality and system 

longevity. 

• Collaborate with project managers to implement end-to-end solutions for complex projects 
• Analyze current systems to maintain integrity and improve architecture
• Remain informed of current trends and technology developments 
• Learning about and gathering new technologies and related tools to introduce to the company in order to grow the agile development environment. 
• Maintain the use of source control tools to keep track of all changes to projects. 
• Manage continuous integration tools to help detect software deficiencies as they develop. 
• Familiarity with one or more team management tools such as Agile Manager or Agile Bench is a plus.
