Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend applications using Java and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical expertise.
- Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of backend systems, including databases and APIs.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications, identifying and resolving any issues or bugs.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in backend development, and actively contribute to the improvement of development processes and practices.
Job Requirements
- Proven 3 to 5 years of experience in backend development:
including hands-on experience with Java, databases, API development, Java Spring and Java Spring Boot, Desktop application, Java FX, Java Swing
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience in leading a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Solid knowledge of database concepts and proficiency in SQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
