Responsibilities:
As a Back-End Web Developer specializing in Laravel/PHP at PayMint, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our server-side applications. Your responsibilities will include:
-Integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic using Laravel/PHP.
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Optimizing the application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implementing security and data protection measures specific to Laravel.
- Design and implement data storage solutions focusing on Laravel's Eloquent ORM.
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests for Laravel applications.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- +2 years of hands-on experience in back-end development, focusing on Laravel and PHP.
-Strong understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with server-side CSS preprocessors, such as LESS and SASS.
Knowledge of accessibility and security compliance.
- Experience with user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
- Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
- Proficiency in managing hosting environments, including Laravel-specific database administration.
- Expertise in data migration, transformation, and scripting, particularly with Laravel's Artisan Console.
- Setup and administration of backups tailored to Laravel applications.
- Outputting data in different formats, focusing on Laravel's response mechanisms.
- Proficient knowledge of the Laravel framework and PHP.
