  • Description
  • We are seeking for resellers sales supervisor for managing the sales of Card Printers, CCTV (Camera) surveillance; Biometric Devices, Automatic gate & Barrier, Access control, Time and attendance, etc.
  • Job Summary:
  • The person to be hired for the position will have Egypt country responsibility for growing AIC business direct and indirect through selling solutions to end users and distribution sales with managing the sales of resellers, supervising the distribution channels and implementing Channel Programs to grow AIC profitable market share.
  • Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Leads AIC’s presence in Egypt market and the channel with distributors by developing objectives to grow sales and improve margins with direct and indirect customers.
  • Implements AIC’s Merchandising Plan, including distributor discounts, rebates, Market Development and AIC programs with other AIC regions.
  • Works with multiple functions of the AIC organization - marketing, marketing communications, technical service, customer service, and the business analysis team in an effort to achieve optimal AIC sales results as a member of the AIC Distribution Team.
  • Determines responsibilities of the four-person Channel Team, including key account management of strategic channel partners.
  • Supervises the AIC direct sales and channel sales in his regions/cities through direct face-to-face visits/meetings and coaching the resellers’ sales representatives for optimal performance management.
  • We are seeking badly (required immediately) for three Distribution Sales Representatives for selling Card Printers, CCTV (Camera) surveillance; Biometric Devices, etc.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 7 years combined experience in solutions sales and channel sales and/or marketing.
  • Experience managing direct reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years combined experience in sales, managing direct solutions sales and channel programs (especially merchandising plans) and developing relationships with resellers while growing product sales.
  • Experience working across organizational divisions to meet customer needs.
  • Skills include program management, ability to work independently, drive results, effective communication, organization and customer focused selling skills.
