Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of market trends. As a Senior Property Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing sales transactions.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
  • Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.
  • Source new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
  • Conduct property viewings and tours for interested buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
  • Facilitate the closing process by coordinating with relevant parties, including legal and financial professionals.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data and provide insights to clients to help them make informed decisions.
  • Prepare and review sales contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the sales process.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Consultant or similar role, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Valid real estate license or certification (required).
