Luxury Living & Supplies a lead hospitality industry is looking for a FF&E Procurement Manager - Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment to join their team
Job Requirements
- Qualification Bachelor's in architect or interior design
- Computer: very skillful in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, photoshop, AutoCAD (is MUST)
- Experience: 8+years
- Experience within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Experienced in Prepare projects budgets & revised budgets according to changing needs & market situation
- Furniture / Design experience
- Healthy and safety standards
- Commercial awareness
- Strong negotiation skills
- Commercial furniture installation
- Understanding of drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of operations within a construction site
- Managing multiple successful projects varying in size, value and complexity
- Led a project team
- Experience with project pitches
- Project procurement
- Sub-contractor / supplier selection
- Experience using project management software, CAD software and Microsoft office suite (not essential, but useful)
- Ability to close out a project effectively
- Registration and accreditation in local products for manufacturing or sustainability
