Job Title:
- Customer Support Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot customer device or line issues
- Discover the best possible solutions
- Deliver to the customers the solutions and make sure the issue is fixed
- Test the Device or line to make sure that the issue has been fixed
- Analyze Bills to Recommend Cost Savings
- Plan Telecom Installations and Upgrade
- Offer Recommendations to Management
Salary & Benefits:
- 6000 EGP Net Monthly salary
- 1000 EGP overnight shift

Working Hours and Location:
- TP Plaza New Cairo 5th Settlement
- Rotational shifts
