MIRAVAL THE RED SEA


Featuring 180 guestrooms and suites spread across three million square feet of pristine beaches on the southern end of Shura Island. Miraval The Red Sea will guide guests on a luxurious wellness journey for the spirit and soul.


Miraval The Red Sea will introduce the wellness brand’s signature mindfulness-based wellness practices to a new corner of the world, empowering guests with tools and inspiration to find balance and support their emotional and mental wellbeing. Located on Saudi Arabia’s Shura Island, the central hub of the highly anticipated new hospitality development, The Red Sea Project, the new Miraval resort will pave the way bringing transformative wellness experiences and the largest spa in the Red Sea destination. The high-end luxury wellness resort is slated to open as part of phase one of the Red Sea development. 


As the General Manager you will be accountable to:


  • Lead, manage and support the successful opening and positioning of the resort
  • Oversee the overall strategy, performance and profitability of the property: ensuring that it is operating with excellence
  • Align with Hyatt’s core values to maximize revenue and profit opportunities and ensure the efficient and effective management of the property assets
  • With integrity and in alignment with our Leadership Expectations, lead a diverse team to build the trust of others in all interactions and cultivate a positive guest and colleague experience
  • Continuously find ways to improve all areas of the property and remain flexible in rapidly changing environment
  • Bring Hyatt’s values to life for the benefit of colleagues, guests, customers and owners by demonstrating excellence in all aspects of the guest experience and overall performance of the hotel.

  • Previous General Manager experience in a comparable, high-end luxury resort of similar scope, focused on delivering unique customer experiences.
