Job Description
- Emailing vendors for missing invoices
- Calling vendors for invoices (if unresponsive through email)
- Driving to vendors in Cairo to collect invoices (only if vendors do not send them to our office in EG)
- Updating a tracker on status of invoices collected
- Sending regular updates on the invoice collection progress to stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in commerce or any relevant field.
- minimum 1 year of experience in administration.
- Excellent English.
- driving license is a plus.
