Job Description
- Design customer technical solutions
- Preparing Customer technical solution i.e writeups, drawings,…etc
- Contacting suppliers to get quotations
- Passing Technical Certifications as per the company’s requirement
- Configuration for Customer services
- Troubleshooting technical issue with Customers
- Liaise between customers and suppliers/vendors to open incident tickets and follow it up until resolution
- Responsible for Service/Product Delivery to Customers
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of Experience in the field of IT and Communications
- Strong knowledge on Networking, Cloud Solutions, Software Solutions and Cyber Security
- Knowledge on IoT and AI
- Fast learner, willing to study for more certifications in the fields of IT, Networking and Cloud
- Very Strong communications skills
- Very good English
- Certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Fortinet,…etc is a PLUS
- ITI graduate is a PLUS
