Job Description
1. Website Administration:
- Update and maintain website content (product listings, blogs, FAQs) using CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Troubleshoot technical issues, liaise with developers, and optimize site performance (SEO, speed, UX).
- Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar) to track traffic and suggest improvements.
2. Social Media Management:
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories) across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, ).
- Respond to comments/messages, manage brand reputation, and grow follower engagement.
- Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and analyze performance metrics.
3. International Shipping Coordination:
- Arrange global shipments (freight forwarders) and ensure compliance with customs/tariffs.
- Track orders, resolve shipping delays, and communicate with customers on delivery status.
- Negotiate rates with carriers and optimize logistics for cost/time efficiency.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or logistics coordination.
- Strong knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
- Familiarity with SEO, UX principles, and website performance optimization tools.
- Proven experience managing social media content and ad campaigns.
- Solid understanding of international shipping processes and customs requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
