Job Description
- Managing and executing the e-commerce order cycle.
- Follow up on a daily basis all sales activities through various platforms
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Process order requests
- Follow up the stocks of goods .
- Follow up the turnover of the goods .
- Responsible for meet our clients in the branch.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Logistics (Order Fulfillment and tracking orders ).
- Uploading new products on the website & various platforms.
- Updating content / stock / prices for products on various platforms.
- Creating marketing campaigns and offers on platforms backend.
Job Requirements
- Experience 0-1 year.
- E-Commerce operation and Online Order Operation Cycle experience are preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical and creative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines.
- Team player with a sense of team spirit
