Position Summary: Provides CAD and other technical document management support to the Engineering, Operations, and Marketing departments.Duties & Responsibilities:GeneralPrepares drawing or layouts working from engineering specifications or detail drawings.Provide CAD, computer graphics, and other drafting techniques to perform scaling, dimensioning, or line locating according to standard industry procedures.Combines various details from sketches, drawings, or blueprints.Provides drawing services to Marketing and Operations departments, including onsite drafting and engineering supportMaintain current knowledge of new computer hardware and softwareMaintain Engineering and Technical Support drafting and computer equipmentMaintains drawing files created, drawing standards, and proceduresKnowledge of drawing database maintenance and programming supportParticipant in field projects (overseas travel may be required)Correlate with field personnel to maintain updated drawings for all rigs
