Job Description
- Analyze tender documents, including specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities (BOQs) to understand project requirements.
- Identify and clarify any technical errors or ambiguities in the project with the team leader.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to assess the project environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to determine costs of materials and equipment.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders.
- Ensure proposals comply with company guidelines and secure necessary approvals.
- Manage cost estimating and ensure final costs align with project documents.
- Compile and manage handover documentation if the company wins the tender.
- Stay up to date on general specifications, market requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
- In the event of winning a tender, compile and manage the handover documentation to facilitate a smooth project transition.

Job Requirements
