Job Description
- Realize sales targets and execute the sales strategy as it’s been laid out.
- Maintain existing customer relations as well as expand customer base with new ones, whilst keeping customer portfolio up-to-date at all times by administrating date in the available CRM-system.
- Visit existing and potential customers to understand their needs and build with the operational team a customized solution that perfectly fits with customers requirements.
- Secure customer generated revenues and serve as the main entry point for air & ocean freight both internally and externally.
- Sales activities will be divided between primarily outside sales (i.e. customer visits) and inside sales (i.e. acquisition by phone).
- Define and implement Commercial Action Plan with Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in logistics, business administration, or equivalent.
- Excellent English level.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.
- Organization skills, Strong personality, and Comfort in complex and stressful logistical environments.
- Highly motivated by challenges, possess negotiation skills and ability to close deals to achieve goals.
