13. Coordinate with vendors on continuous quality improvement.
14. Oversees the procurement or purchasing of technical goods and services in order to provide effective and efficient services to meet the needs of the company for its ongoing construction projects.
15. Know about the equipment, materials, and supplies used in the industry and their suppliers.
16. Procure equipment, materials, and systems complying with the project quality and specification requirements.
17. Generate PO for services and materials.
18. Maintain company reputation and credibility through fair dealings and prompt payment.
19. Conduct vendor evaluation and registration.
