Job Description

  • At Gettechforce we help companies build their teams.   We currently have over 35 remote developers in Egypt and are looking to expand our team now, We are looking for an Assistant to the CEO
  • The role will be Monday to Friday  - 9am to 5pm as the main development hub is in Europe.    After some time and when some trust has been built up, our other developers have moved to a Sunday - Thursday work week.
  • This is a full time role, but you will be a private contractor and responsible for your own taxes / insurance etc.    It will be 100% remote, so you can work from where ever you want.

We are looking for a point of contact in Egypt.  Someone who will manage office operations and look after our staff.  Some of the tasks you will be involved with will be.   Initially we will be looking for 2 people to share the tasks listed below.

You will have a base salary of at least 6,000 EGP with very generous monthly bonus's for finding new developers or clients.

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing CEO’s calendar and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and conferences calendar.
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Tracing and following up on the pending tasks.
  • Checking in with the developers on a weekly basis
  • Arranging social evening for the developers
  • Customer Service
  • Lead Generation
  • HR Administration
  • Recruitment
  • Post attractive job adverts on online job boards (company platform, Wuzzuf and linked in)
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
  • Review and assess candidates CVs according to job and project requirements
  • Conduct phone Screening of filtered candidates
  • Schedule technical interviews between candidates and department managers
  • Conduct offer negotiation for selected candidates
