Job Description
▪ Lead the team of designers to deliver high-quality designs.
▪ Develop and implement design guidelines, standards, and processes to maintain consistency across all visual materials.
▪ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
▪ Stay updated on industry trends, new design techniques, and tools to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of the graphics team.
▪ Review final designs ensuring they meet guidelines and project specifications.
▪ Create creative design solutions for print, web, social media, and all needed channels.
▪ Design logos and corporate identities.
▪ Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
▪ Ensure that the design team is aware of the corporate identity and delivers the work accordingly.
▪ Liaise between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Job Requirements
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, or similar.
▪ 6-8 years of experience in Graphic Design.
▪ Fluent command of English.
▪ Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
▪ Knowledge of printing processes and specifications to ensure optimal print quality.
▪ Strong organizational and project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
▪ Attentive to details.
▪ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
▪ Leadership skills.
