We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who’s passionate about bold visuals, clean aesthetics, and delivering high-impact design. This role combines creative freedom with real-world impact — you’ll work across multiple brands and be the go-to expert for visual consistency and creative leadership.

What You Will Do❓
Design brand identities and logo systems for CMT, Marketory, and client projects.
Create marketing assets such as social media visuals, ads, landing pages, presentations, and digital campaigns.
Translate ideas and strategies into polished, engaging, and cohesive visuals.
Collaborate closely with marketers, developers, and writers.
Lead and mentor junior designers, helping to raise the design standard across teams.
Keep up with design trends and apply them in ways that align with our brand goals.
Job Requirements
What Are We Looking For❓
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience:
Minimum 4+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in fast-paced or agency settings.
Strong portfolio showcasing logo design, branding, and digital work.
Technical Skills:
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Proficient in Figma or similar UI tools.
Motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus.
Solid understanding of responsive web and social media design.
Soft Skills:
Excellent eye for detail, color, layout, and typography.
Strong communication and time management.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate cross-functionally.
Fully committed to CMT and Marketory projects.
Military service must be completed or exempted.
