Job Description
- Instructor shall support the Engosoft Training Center to deliver training and assessment currently delivered by ETC to Technicians and Graduates, using currently available training hand-outs and materials in a classroom setting as well as virtual classrooms. Instructors will also perform and oversee hands-on exercises with live lab equipment and simulators.
- The instructor will conduct a full review of all associated training materials, make recommendations, and implement updating of all training programs.
- Instructors will take an active part in reviewing training alignment with future business needs and technical challenges.
- The instructor will support the wider Team and ETC Learning Community in any other Training or Learning & Development initiatives identified for their related Job.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical engineering
- Have very good presentation skills.
- More than 2 years of experience as an Automotive Mechanical and electrical trainer
- Bachelor from a government university with a general grade of no less than very good “preferable”
