- Big FMCG Company is Hiring! | Junior Business Analyst
- We’re on the lookout for a Business Analyst who’s ready to turn data into insights and drive real business impact!
What you’ll do: - Collaborate with stakeholders through meetings to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Create and maintain clear documentation and models of current and future business processes.
- Design and implement effective technical and process solutions in coordination with IT and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure clear communication of findings and updates while aligning business and technical teams throughout projects.
- Support system testing and user acceptance to validate solutions meet business needs and resolve any issues.
- Continuously seek and recommend improvements to business processes using best practices and innovative approaches.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Finance, or any related field.
- +6 months experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, (Tableau, Python is Plus)
- Familiarity with Agile is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
