Job Description
- Stock Management – Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Order Processing – Coordinate with 3PL to place orders and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Inventory Tracking – Maintain accurate records of stock movements using inventory management on system.
- Stock Audits & Reconciliation – Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Supplier Coordination – Communicate with couriers regarding delivery schedules.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Generate inventory reports to track trends and improve stock efficiency.
- Compliance & Safety – Ensure inventory handling follows company policies and safety regulations.
- Minimizing Waste & Loss – Identify slow-moving stock and implement measures to reduce waste.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, accounting or a relevant field.
- Work Location: October.
- 4-7 years of experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good in English.
- Detailed Oriented and communication skills.
