Job Description
- Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings
- Represent the company in legal proceedings
- Protect the company against legal risks and violations
- Preparing and filing government reports
- Providing supervision to outside lawyers hired to assist the corporation with their specialized legal services
- Manage different types of contracts, legal reports and supporting documentation
- Present evidence to a judge and/or jury should the case go to trial
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including legal briefs and appeals
- Negotiate plea negotiations, punishments, and settlements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Licensed to practice law from the Bar Association.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
