Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary customer service contact for clients.
• Build trust relationships with clients.
• Acquire a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
• Expand relationships with existing customers by offering tailored solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of services to customers.
• Serving as the main liaison between key clients and internal teams.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Drive new sales opportunities and foster long-lasting relationships.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders using key account metrics.
