Job Description

  • Your primary responsibility as a Growth is to generate company growth by attracting and retaining more clients. More specifically, in this role you will:
  • Develop strategic customer acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI.
  • Design and execute outbound and inbound marketing campaigns.
  • You'll set up, launch, optimize and efficiently scale all campaigns in paid social media platforms.
  • Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels including (but not limited to) paid social, paid search, content, organic, referral, email, direct mail, podcasts, affiliate, and video.
  • Ensure clear goals for marketing campaigns/programs and track and report on performance versus those goals.
  • Determine the right audience, right messaging, and right marketing tactics to deliver on campaign/program goals.
  • Generate the content for use in marketing campaigns, programs, and other initiatives. This includes but is not limited to drafting marketing emails, social media posts, and other collateral; writing blog articles, and working with our creative and design teams to identify other assets required.
  • Develop and manage project plans to ensure on-time delivery of marketing campaigns/initiatives.
  • Manage and track digital marketing expenses in alignment with the digital marketing budget. 

Job Requirements

Who you are:

  • You understand marketing funnels and know how to optimize and drive each stage.
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields with at least 1+ years of Digital Marketing experience.
  • You have successfully worked cross-functionally and built effective working relationships
  • Someone who is able to derive insights from complex sets of information and communicate them to other cross-functional partners in a clear, effective way.
  • You have outstanding project management skills and the ability to bring an idea from conception to execution through clear direction, prioritization, and planning.
  • You have impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail, never letting the ball drop.
  • You’re highly analytical and comfortable with reporting and analyzing financial metrics.
