About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Sales Person with Technical background to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you will be the bridge between our innovative data solutions and our esteemed clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. You will leverage your software background and data management expertise to provide exceptional technical support, guidance, and training, fostering strong relationships and driving long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions, ensuring clients understand and effectively utilize our data solutions.
- Proactively identify client needs and recommend solution upgrades or expansions to maximize their value.
- Gather and analyze client feedback, translating it into actionable insights for product development and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Support) to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive successful implementations.
- Monitor and report on key account metrics, tracking client satisfaction, usage, and renewal rates.
- Identify and cultivate cross-selling and upselling opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Sales Person or similar role within the software industry for 10 years.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and technologies.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in a variety of software applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
