Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, contributing to the development and improvement of processes and systems. The Business Analyst will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable insights and providing recommendations for decision-making. He/she is also responsible for producing reports and perform meaningful quantitative and qualitative analysis addressing impactful business issues, and using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather detailed requirements.
- Conduct data analysis and develop reports to support informed decision-making
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Oversee and profile competitors and competitive products
- Document and maintain business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
- Monitoring industry trends to identify upcoming challenges or opportunities for the organization
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and key metric
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics or other related field of study (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 3-5 years of experience in similar position
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using business analysis tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
