Job Description

  • Perform general office duties.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Updating and maintaining paperwork.
  • Handling the organization of the office common areas.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, equipment and help provide employees with their office needs and any other related stuff. 
  • Supervise employees who perform maintenance, renovations or direct services to the buildings, infrastructure, grounds or equipment of facilities.
  • Supervise Housekeeping, Office boys, Receptionists and all Admin staff ensuring that all the team provide high level services.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
  • Submit and reconcile admin expense reports.
  • Provide general support to visitors

Job Requirements

  • Batchelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field. 
  •  Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant.
  •  Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  •  Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  •  Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •  Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise team
