Training & Development Professional

We’re expanding our People & Culture department in Egypt, and right now we’re looking for a Training & Development professional.

As a Training & Development specialist, you will play an integral role in facilitating and executing employee development programs. You will get the flexibility to design and organize training courses by combining creativity, research, and analysis of existing and new materials.

What you will do:

• Deliver structured learning experiences and assess the impact (both virtually and in-person);
• Supervision and participated in internal projects.
• Keep your learning content up to date: create boards and files for team collaboration.
• Collect analytics and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
• Organize team training by request.
• Provide feedback on homework according to certain criteria.
• Post-training support.
• Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results;
• Work collaboratively with instructional designers;
• Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops and deliver the appropriate modification, 1:1
• Coaching, and reinforcement as needed.
