Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Learning & Development Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to lead and manage our training content development process. This role combines strategic thinking, instructional design, and tech-savvy execution, especially in the field of AI-enhanced learning.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating engaging, impactful training programs tailored for adult learners across diverse business competencies. You will also oversee content deployment via our LMS and lead a creative team of video and content creators.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality training content for adult learners across business-related competencies.
Upload, manage, and update learning materials via the Learning Management System (LMS).
Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor content to different client needs and industries.
Develop assessments, quizzes, and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes.
Supervise and coordinate a team of AI video creators, instructional designers, and content developers.
Explore and integrate AI tools for content generation, video production, and editing.
Continuously enhance the learning experience through innovation and user feedback.
Ensure learning content is engaging, inclusive, and aligned with modern instructional design standards.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or corporate training.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and competency-based training design.
- Proven experience with LMS platforms (uploading, organizing, managing content).
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Synthesia, Pictory, etc.) and willingness to stay updated on new tech.
- Ability to generate and edit videos using AI tools (training provided if needed).
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience managing creative teams (writers, designers, SMEs) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with remote teams.
