Job Description

  • Achieving annual target
  • Calling 50 clients on daily basis to set appointments
  • Visiting 2 new clients per day
  • Working on a minimum of 15 new clients on monthly basis
  • Generating new leads on weekly basis
  • Collecting contracts and first 2 payments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance is preferable
  • 1- 3 years of sales experience
  • Experience in insurance/brokerage firm would be an asset
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in both the project management and sales side of running a business
  • Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads
  • Advanced presentation and persuasive skills
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients
  • Extensive knowledge of productivity tools and software
  • Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task
  • Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills
