Job Description
- Achieving annual target
- Calling 50 clients on daily basis to set appointments
- Visiting 2 new clients per day
- Working on a minimum of 15 new clients on monthly basis
- Generating new leads on weekly basis
- Collecting contracts and first 2 payments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance is preferable
- 1- 3 years of sales experience
- Experience in insurance/brokerage firm would be an asset
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Experience in both the project management and sales side of running a business
- Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads
- Advanced presentation and persuasive skills
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients
- Extensive knowledge of productivity tools and software
- Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills
