Job Description
- Receive customers’ requests, understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals and present POC (proof of concept) to the customers.
- Responsible for RightFax implementation & installation process.
- Conduct site visits when needed to provide technical support to the customers.
- Configure and activate new license.
- Flexibility to travel abroad.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering / Computer Science.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in similar role.
- MCSE certificate is required.
- CCNA Certificate is a plus.
- Good knowledge with VMware, VOIP concept and Microsoft SQL Database.
- Security fundamentals.
- Programming languages fundamentals.
- Time Management & Problem Solving.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent English skills(written/verbal).
