Sr. Purchasing Specialist (Construction)

1. Performs the process of purchasing the required raw materials for the company from its various locations in accordance with the company's goals and taking into account the achievement of the required goals and quality within a specific time frame
2. Monitors purchase orders on a daily basis, classifies them and sends the materials to be priced to suppliers
3. Reviews the price offers for different materials and make sure that they are technically identical to the required materials.
4. Makes a comparison between quotations received from more than one supplier (3 quotations and more) to reach the best offer.
5. He issues supply orders to suppliers based on purchase orders sent from the student and sends them to the selected supplier to start supplying the required materials.
6. Coordinates and follows up the supply in accordance with the time frame of the company.
7. Issue the required reports and data to the direct manager periodically to save the information for easy reference.
8. Ensures that the required savings rate is achieved in all purchases.
9. Periodically settles the covenant of suppliers with the financial department.
10. Supervises the purchasing representatives and follows up their work to ensure the workflow.
