About the role
Represent Orange One team in Triple Play shops

Department Consumer Business Unit:
- Handle service offers for all Orange One shops.
- Add any service requests like suspension and reactivation of users in addition to all accounting cases.
- Follow up on clients to close leads.
- Respond to all clients complaints and inquiries.
- Achieve sales targets assigned per quarter.
- Represent Orange One team in exhibitions and events.
- Handle CRM , tracer & Seibel applications.
- Advise and offer triple play product to the customers.
- Carry out up-selling and cross-selling techniques in order to increase revenues.
- Maintain task delivery and meet deadlines.
- Maintain customer service standers to keep Orange image.
