AlGooru is hunting for the next generation of Growth talents!
We’re looking for a Head of Growth

AlGooru is an ed-tech startup that connects students with on-demand private tutors through a mobile app
What you’ll be doing
You will mainly be responsible for: ????
- Planning and executing the growth strategy to meet or exceed the company’s growth & revenue expectations.
- Understand customers' recruitment challenges & Prepare and execute customer traction experiments.
- Involve in marketing, product, and operations to achieve planned growth KPIs.
A day in your life would look like this: ????
- Owning the Revenue funnel, measure and optimize funnel stages to drive growth metrics.
- Planning and executing or managing the execution of digital ads for all planned channels ( Google, FB, IG, Snap, TikTok).
- Planning and managing the execution of the company’s SEO strategy.
- Building & Maintaining a growth dashboard to document progress on growth experiments and report continuously.
- Collaborate with Data and tech to Set-up the appropriate tracking and analytics environment for all marketing activities to ensure efficient data pipelines.
- Continuously Plan, prioritize and execute growth experiments focused on OMTM (# of hours executed).
- Communicate and work with internal and external parties relevant to the experiments in action.
Job Requirements
