Job Description

  • Answer customers calls.
  • Make outbound calls to customers.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Graduates only 
  • Military service MUST be determined ( finished, exempted, postponed).
  • Cairo residence only (New cairo, Heliopolis, Nasr city, Maadi, Downtown, ect..).
  • Very good English speaker.
  • Call center experience is a plus.
  • Maximum age 30 years old.
  • Rotational shifts and days off 24/7 with over night shifts.
